Lemon10, you are correct; tin is useless until you get mining. ALSO! You can't have a pasture and a farm in the same tile.
You can't have any stacking tile improvements (except for the windmill when we can get it apparently).

How many turns until the next age?

EDIT: and do we get all the technologies of the last age by default, or do we have to research them in the next age?
Somewhere between one and four turns to go. You'll still have to research any age 1 techs you haven't gotten yet.

lemon10, you seem to be spending your eighth point of labor twice. And I told you guys, keep your resource-gathering labor together so I don't miss any of it on the first pass.

Just so you know, while Exploration makes a reference to a building called the Forester's Camp, the only building that requires Exploration is the Woodsman's Camp, which is not referenced with Exploration.

Uh, Ahra? He's asked twice for you not to split your labor up like you've been doing. It's not that hard to move/renumber stuff, and makes it a lot easier to read. Compare this:

to this:

Most notably, the latter one makes it rather clear that you're trying to work Tile 5 twice, and thinking it has only a river one of those times. With the mess you've got up there now, it's easy to see how you could make a mistake like that.

Can anything be done during the age transition period, like a normal turn, or is no actual non-technological progress made?
Will time pass at the same rate as a normal turn, will no time pass, or will there be a larger time jump?

I believe that my Oro Spears should have recovered some HP.

There'll be a time jump, I guess - honestly, I'm not giving a lot of thought to exactly how many years have gone by, here. As for building and such, I figure I'll give everyone one age 2 tech and maybe a building to start the age with, like I did at the beginning of the game. No spending labor or anything, though.

As for the spears, fixed.

My exploration map hasn't been extended this last turn. And i'm pretty sure I used up those bows making the Hunter Militia.

As for my end of age report... Hum

Quote
As the years passed the Sidamaru grew and prospered in their single town. Despite all the rumors, they found no trouble from man nor beast, and soon the tradition of the shieldguard was viewed as a remanent of times passed, from the ages that they where nomads. An honored tradition to be sure, but not one of much use in these modern peaceful times. Meanwhile, the Talks at the halls of learning grew and took off, and soon it became seen as a great honor to be asked to speak there. Lius to proved to be a harbringer of times to come, and others where born sharing the same wanderlust. Soon it seemed to the average Sidamaruian that the whole world was out their for the taking, and they simply needed will to do so. Lius was eventually made chieftain on the promise that she would follow the river to its end, and find the great lake that nomads had told them of.

This the right idea?

The elves had a good number of years, learning of the worlds secrets, although their exploration had suffered. The sage of the town had died from a unknown cause, leaving his daughter to take up his mantle. She had overseen working, and had managed to keep production up. During nights she would stay up and wander the town, thinking about her fathers death. She would spend time looking for the cause, looking at food, at the water.. She encouraged people to explore the world and examine anything, for example rocks at the mountains. Why were they like that? She also had a mind towards something.. Fate, chance, luck,gods,magic...

Happery, I fixed your turn. As for your report, you've got the right general idea, but I'd appreciate a little more to work with, especially technology-wise. What directions are they hoping to move in?

Ochita, that looks more like a single turn's RP than an age report. This isn't about one nameless daughter, this is about your entire society.

The elves had grown since when they had started, sending explorers and generally looking at the mystery's of the world. They would grow crops, hunt and fish for food. Their homes were mostly wood, and only the craftsmen or 'rich' had stone for homes. The sage had died from unknown causes, and so the population grieved, his daughter took up the mantle of sage and continued his research. The elves minds soon turned to un-earthly matters, with food abundant and conditions good. They remembered the stories of beasts, and stories of gods, and the young began to worship different gods, although some turned to spirits. Generally the whole population soon started to have some kind of figure to worship and thank.

That gives me... maybe 60% of what I need. But what about how they live, day-to-day? How do they feel about craftsmen and the rich? You seem to be saying they value knowledge first, but what else do they value? Are there any major tensions in their society? What kinds of gods and spirits are they worshiping?
