I always like to think that our physics will be considered dead wrong in the next 700- 1000 years
i  think that most sciences will start blending together until it becomes very hard to tell the difference between them.
They already have. Biology is now very much into DNA, and therefor breaks into chemistry, from it's humble begginings of disecting people to look for moving parts. Chemistry is also strongly involved with physics now, as trying to figure some reactions goes far beyond the simple study of the electron enviorment.

Also, nobody is ever dead wrong. Take Newton for example. He's works were basicaly proven wrong by sinior Einsteen, yet he is still the world expert on 'Macro machenical systems using speeds that are not an apropriate fraction of the highest potential speed of information transfer'.
