Still can't.

It's the same symptoms from when somebody doesn't have port forwarding set up. Note that it can be more involved than "go to port list then tell it to forward this port", because you have to specifically set it up.

It may work for me, but it says I need to use build 83, instead of the 84 than I'm using.
