That's the issue, I don't think there's a way to tell the reaction to use a red gem specifically, so a bunch of reactions with a particular red gem are nessacery.

Also I just realized I forgot to put skill tags on the reactions but after that I'll send it via PM.

well we have different reactions but they have the same "screen name".. here, let me show you using bronze

never mind, I forgot that it says "... from ore". We could have "make red mana using ***" or just "make red mana"...

You could remove all the standard gems and add five mana gems.

You could remove all the standard gems and add five mana gems.
but that's not FUN!
Although that could work, it would kinda suck to have stuff left out. It's up to you guys, I guess. Personally I don't mind extra work if it means a better quality product in the end.

We could just add five mana gems and leave all the normal gems in for normal purposes.

hell yes. almost forgot about that one actually, I have it in an older deck...

EDIT: and it fits prefectly in the slot too!!!

I'll get to work on the workshops and reactions for it tomarrow as I am currently nursing the king of stubbed toes.

We'll need someone to come up with the stone_gem entries, whatever the file is called, I forget. The place that determines where the gems are located and how often.

I'm posting here to watch this. Also with the advent of wool, and wool products I would suggest the addition of my favorite creature in all of Magic: Woolly Thoctar

So I decided to go ahead and make it cause I love it so much!


As a general note, I decided to give them steel horns and hooves. It should probably have claws instead, but I really didn't feel like changing it. Other then that the creature is done.
