COMMUNITY MOD PROJECT - Magic the Gathering

I would like to present a community Magic the Gathering-based modding project. We'll be making various creatures and stuff from MTG and collecting them into a total conversion mod.

Personally I want to start with some basic, low-level creatures from multiple expansions. Thoughts?

COLORS AND WHATNOT:
Red - Biome: Mountains. Fire. Magma.
White - Biome: Plains. Light equipment. Flying.
Blue - Biome: Ocean. Water.
Green - Biome: Forests. Wood. (Elves!)
Black - Biome: Savage (Swamps?) Rotting/zombies.

Might start working on some slivers, as they're generally interesting and fairly basic in a sort-of-esoteric sense. I'll probably split them into several base creatures (organised by biome/colour) and represent varieties by caste.

Alls I remember very well from my MTG days are

Alabaster Potion-1white + x  Heals target for X.
Millstone - Player draws an extra card.
and if you have Urza's mine, urza's powerplant and Urza's tower they make a lot more mana.

It's only a matter of dedication, man. If you are lazy, do not start a mod, because it takes a lot of time. If you want to make it, do it :). That's how it works.

I know. I'm kinda lazy but I can puch myself to do things. (Look at the LNP ;) though Lucas did quite a bit while I had computer problems) (also look at my sig)

Yep, community mod is good when you have a base to add. I mean, Genesis is kinda community too, I have tons of stuff from other people, but I did a huge bulk beforehand. It motivates others a lot better.

Wrote up a big list of slivers. Naturally I'm going to base them somewhat on physical appearance and somewhat on assumptions (for materials and the like). Most of them will likely be made out of muscle/sinew with bone for attacks and such.

I'll post this list here in case anyone else wants to try making some or has any suggestions regarding specific varieties.

oh, and I think every entry should have "indiv_controllable", though that might get cluttered fast...

I'll try making a few, though we really should have a sliver template. same for mir.
then we use castes for the different types. good idea? or bad?
