I'm pretty sure that you don't get weapon skills against an unconscious enemy.  I know you get reduced experience for wrestling, but I don't know about fighter.

You don't. No, even killing a whole town while they sleep grants you no experience at all.

That's just weird. I throw the heads of others of their species at them, though, so maybe I shouldn't be talking.
