The concept of offering a war-torn country in a war-torn region as an "haven" for anyone leave me sceptical.

Now that Palestinian civilians are being resettled, we can finally apply the might of our army to the PLO problem. I'll send Tsahal to detroy their camp and ask for help from the Americans.

Iran's new almost-not-anti-Israel government extends to Israel an offer of aid against the PLO. Whether or not Israel should exist, murdering civilians is not the way to prove the point.

We shall also invest $50 towards improving our economy.

We approve of Iran's choice a more humane, more democratic diplomacy. We shall refrain from bombing any of your nuclear facilities, and stop trying to explain to the world that you are muslims nazis.

We simply disapprove of indiscriminate murder of civilians and so wish to destroy these vile scum. We will not tolerate terrorism, and we just happened to choose to aid Israel first, rather than Lebanon. Our feelings towards Israel can and will wait until after all the terrorists have been dealt with.

Sheb, with your permission I shall send 4 infantry divisions to destroy a PLO camp. As soon as this is accomplished they will leave your country.

I kinda want in as Jordan.  If I'm allowed in, 50 to improve the economy, set military to a defensive stance, agree to peaceful, though cold, relations with Israel. I can see this getting very interesting.

Archangel, your help is most welcome. Taricus, you obviously aren't aware that Israel is a democracy. Benyamin Netnyahu's government was thrown away in the last elections and he is now waiting trial for crime against humanity. We're trying to establish Israel as a force of peace if the Middle-East.

I mean, seriously, we kicked your ass in 1967, but who seriously think we could do it again?

As long as israel doesn't resettle palestine we'll accept this, but palestine MUST be independant.

This is just about completely backwards from RL.  Not sure if that's good or bad.

Nuclear program
Costs 1 Bn total
Can nuke enemys if you wish, 50% chance they surrender whether they want to or not, but this will turn everyone except your allies against you.
Disruption +2 due to chaos of nuclear war. Also if the enemy has a working nuclear program, they will fire back.

Question, what is 1 Bn?
