As promised, Lebanon is going for a major economic investment of everything we can afford (50).  The world should be pleased to see that we are making a prudent investment in reopening the railways that connected the Port of Beirut to the region.  The entire middle east will benefit as the regions most important port will begin to supply the region more efficiently.
