Anything but Branik and Klasik, though both are tolerable if you want something really cheap. Pilsner Urquell is generally regarded as the best. I really enjoy Kozel and Staropramen as well, and they're both far cheaper.

Well, I'd take Pilsner over Budvar (almost)any time too, but it is such a classic beer, that it just had to be mentioned.
