I don't feel that Jack is scummy. However, Draze's lynch is highly suspect, seeing that he and Native were disagreeing, and then Super just decided to kill him. Not gravy.

SaintDraze and NativeForeigner, as kings, have both been hasty lynchers.  SaintDraze's hasty lynch felt like it was slightly encouraged by a couple people, though, and Native's hasty lynch just felt too hasty and didn't really seem to be supported at all.  To balance it out, SaintDraze didn't seem to be able to take anything seriously D1 and was rather jumpy.

Darviac feels like the most likely scum, having been really jumpy and really really pushy D1 and rather passive D2.  Passive in a different way than Joker's passivity.  You've been talking for most of the day, but saying little.

Pandarsenic could be scum.  He seemed to be encouraging a rushed lynch today, and was pushing strongly for a confirmed town lynch yesterday.  However, his push for a confirmed town lynch yesterday was completely understandable.

Jokerman I don't know much about, due to a lack of informative posts.  He feels least scummy to me, though.

J&J... Joker has been quite lurky, and Jake (hurhur) made only 3 productive posts today. One of which I asked him for. And one prod to Jokerman.

Painiac's D1 mad flailing, yelling, and lack of any real scumhunting, and Darvi's D2 overwhelming passivity until called on it.

Day 1 was a confusing mess, everyone was really angry, and the day's action was a hasty, angry lynch.  Environment was not supporting serious scumhunting, but your lynch was still way too rushed.  Still, Darviac's sheer uselessness beats it out for top spot on my list, narrowly.
