So alright, lets get this started.
Background information:We write the year 2020, differrent terrorist groups in Irak, Afghanistan and other known countries start to get active once again, taking over several diplomatic positions. It did not take long for other countries to take action, armies were sent and it all started just like 2001, advanced technology will be the key to this and a Private Military Corporation, the Blackstorm corp. (BSC) was hired by the United States of America and several other countries. The soldiers of this organisation are known to be highly trained and equipped, you are the 12th Division of that coporation, newly trained and ready for service but yet unexperienced.
Structure of the Blackstorm corp.The Blackstorm corporation, also known as BSC started as a researcher for modern technologies, altough they quickly advanced to a Private Military Corporation for first only taking small tasks as protecting persons and items/areas, later they were hired from many countries for tasks such as support in wars. They are known to be proffesional, not just mindless mercenaries wanting their money. The military structure of the Blackstorm corp basically is the same as in any normal army.
Technology:
Several new technolgies are slowly getting their way into the warfare, many of them mjet untested, the ones you will mainly use are:
-A combat HUD
This new invention allows soldiers for easily accesable status of others and an weapon display showing ammo count, overheat danger, distance to target and allows for a 4x zoom done through electric stimulations
It is issued to anyone in the BSC with the rank above PFC.
-Medical inventions
Bio injectors allow for faster heal of body strucutres and being able to fight even when wounded, though this does not instantly recover a soldier it boosts his regeneration quickly. (Most wounds will heal in 1-2 days)
-New weapons
Research in "better" weapons have led to a far greater firepower, more penetration and allow for easier use, however energy weapons or such dont exist yet.
Standard equipment of a BSC soldier:
-Kevlar vest and helmet
-GPS sensor integrates to the helmet
-A basic medical kit
-1 pair of basic black shoes
-His civilian clothing
-1 steel knife
-1 standard radio (Range of 200 kilometres)

Ranking system:
Recruit (Rct.)
Each new member goes through a 6 month basic training in that he/she is ranked as a Recruit (Rct.), those have no special ranks or weapon privilegues.
Private (Pvt.)
After accomplishing basic training the trainee ranks up to a Private which ususally uses the X24 Assault Rifle and has not yet accomplished any battles.
Private First cLass (PFC.)
Upon ranking up to a PFC. each member has to specialize in one area of military use.
Specialist (SPC.)
Optionally if the member is not suited for leadership or has otherwise more needed abilites he ranks up to a Specialist which is highly trained in his/her choosen speciality
Lance Corporal (LCpl.)
After usually 4 years of service or thanks to special reasons a Private first class or specialist enters the "trial" stage of being a corporal.
Corporal (Cpl.)
The most usualy "commanding" rank in the BSC usually has arround 4-5 soldiers under him and usually recieves orders from his/her sargeant.
Sargeant/Rank-ups (Sgt./SSgt./TSgt./MSgt.)
The most veteran and battle hardened corporals in one division enter the rank of a sargeant/staff sargeant/tech sargeant/master sargeant which is the last rank infront of the officer career. Usually those do not rank up any further, in some cases it can happen though.

Simply be active often and RP often, you dont need to write 9 paragraphs for 1 post to get rankups, altough abit more than 5 words would be good^^
Additional information:
I myself live in europe, to be correct germany so dont wonder if im NOT online on youre timezone, however on the weekends im often there even late in the evening for me. Usually I'm online arround 8 PM (GMT+1). I will NOT play in rounds just because of the thing that some people for example start talking in a mission and then they need to wait. However I will NOT continue the main plot/mission when theres less than the half of people there.
