Use the trap as a projectile.

Yeah, that trap's gonna be the solution to all of our problems *g*
Well, she didn't FUMBLE fumble it, but the trap went skittering against the wall by the door the leopard was trying to get into. And then the leopard was inside the door and out of sight.

Retrieve trap: y/n?

Also, the elf has healed you. Good elf.

Go for the kill first. After pointy ears is done with healing, that is.

Alright, we're golden.  Try and hunt down the leopard before groping for spiky trap based items.

Go for the kill first. After pointy ears is done with healing, that is.
You enter the southern room, and the leopard entered a room that is west of it. This southern room also has a southern exit. You are too busy to look at it very much.

You enter the western room, and find the leopard nursing its wounds in the southwestern corner. In the centre of the room are two other leopards. They look a little peeved.

Sanjeliza takes the lead, and blasts the room with her icy breath. The leopards manage to dodge the worst of the blast, but they each also take damage from it. The first leopard is looking particularly pained. It's naturally the next one to attack. It races towards Sanjeliza and bites her again. Not as damaging this time, but still as effective at getting past her defenses.

One of the other leopards decides to get in on the biting action, and does even more damage with her own bite.

The elf's snake gets in its first attack (ever) by racing beneath the feet of the fighting people, and biting at one of the stronger looking leopards.Unfortunately, the leopard is wary. Wariness has a price though, in that it was distracted. The elf druid picked up the bear trap, and swatted at the new leopard's face. It hits, causing a massive wound, and other effects. Most notable the prevention of biting while the trap is causing massive damage.

The leopard that hasn't been able to do anything so far decides that the snake is a valid target. It goes for it. The snake is too crafty for that, though, and manages to get out of the way.

Sanjeliza cuts down the leading leopard with the longsword --

Longsword: Justice!

-- wades over the body, and spikes the beartrapped leopard with the rapier --

Rapier: Felicity!

-- while closing on the last remaining leopard.

The snake bites at the leopard's nose, forcing it to feel intense pain. The leopard strikes at the snake again, and grabs it in its mouth. The snake is shaken until gored, and dead.

The elf druid is immobilized in horror.

Sanjeliza tears the leopard apart with her claws and tail in a stunt not unlike what the leopard had just done to her elf's snake.

The battle is over. Victory.

Oh, don't go crying on us.  It's not like we said "Hey Elf, have your garden-snake familiar die."  Still, probably going to be shaken up and want to bury it...  or something.  At any rate, ignore the elf.

The elf doesn't want to be alone. He follows behind you, and tops you up to full health. He makes sure to retrieve the bear trap though.

The south exit is another tower stairway leading upward. You hear the sound of keys coming from the top.

The elf has the makings of a good minion.  We seem to be associating ourselves with a lot of good-aligned people though...

Anyone who would be opening doors in here is...  the lich who lives here.  This could be a nice time to take it out, but...

Try to keep the glow of the swords to a minimal.

You wait for a time, but after a while you realise the noise is pacing back and forth. And whatever it is isn't very big either.

Also, you realise that your wings are still locked in chains, and that does sound like a key up there.

I wonder if the GM is suggesting our next course of action.

Elf: There's two orcs and a cat up here. The cat is glowing. The orcs look petrified. Not frightened, I mean they're stone.
Rapier: Stoned? That's not legal!
Longsword: I will find a way to cut you one day. I swear...

Uhh.  Imma use one of those flawed logic bits:  There are orcs, they are petrified, there is a glowing cat.  Thus, assume cat did it.  Still, keys were jingling, and cats often have no need for keys...  Any ideas Darvi?
