Not at all, unless there's an enormous size difference.

Headbutting would be one idea, but the laws of dwarven physics don't consider it possible. Something to do with the law of conservation of game features, I believe.

If you fall off a ledge in a certain way you can "slam into" an enemy.

To be honest, they'd pass out from pain and bleed out/get killed before they could do anything anyway, so moot point?

And if they were modded to have [NOPAIN] then they would most likely just not be able to do anything other than what Slade just mentioned.  :P

I've dropped bronze colossi on dwarves and that never did anything except prevent falling damage, so I don't think that would do anything.

Apparently having a redundant creature entry causes the game to say, "Oh, look, it's crazy world now. Nothing makes sense! Alligators live in houses!"

It isn't a new Dwarf Fortress version until we're made to fear some kind of regular creature.  Carp, Elephants, Unicorns, Badgers, and now Mosquitos.  I've got 5 dorfBucks on the next one being plagues of groundhogs.

I'dve said combat testing.

Like seeing how much blood/dust/snow it takes to kill a man/dwarf/dust mote who isn't otherwise damaged.

Or lovingly feed the poor creature soup in exchange for services as a bludgeoning weapon.
