Sorry for the delay, and while I have no problem conceding to DarkerDark's masterful rendition of horror, I will not concede the right to choose the next Beast!

...But... ...But how can it peck wood without a beak?

Yes, mother ****ing walruses stormed in through my well room, fatally gored my expedition leader, and danced off into the frosty tundra to sing happy walrus songs about oysters.

It just hammers it's head against the wood until it's eyes bleed.

Love the artwork in here, though I think Grizzlebridge's Shedim is truly terrifying enough to give even the most hardened Dwarf nightmares.

Anyways, here's my take on Shedim.

DarkerDark, Mind if I make that my new Avatar?

Sure, I don't mind... I just ask that you upload it to imageshack or your own photobucket account, as I don't want to kill my bandwidth.  ;)  I'm not sure how it'll look when resized into something the size of an avatar though. Some cropping might be in order.

A towering, beakless woodpecker. It has a square shell and appears to be emaciated. Its cobalt feathers are patchy. Beware its webs! Äb was associated with treachery and caverns.
