Cool. Don't go into the evil jungle though unless you are armed. And don't attack GCS in melee :D.

By the way, if someone has a problem with running Stranded II on Windows 7/Vista:

Something different eh?  You can't die in Noctis, but you can get stuck in space and exploring planets is fun for awhile.  Make sure to play the very soothing music that plays when you open the readme html.

Very dated looking though, but something to look in to.

Dosbox is your friend. D-Fend is a dosbox front-end which is really easy to use.

The manual was added only in the latest update (link) :). It was harder back then.

So, about a year ago I read that they were close to releasing the new Noctics engine, which looked pretty sweet.  Anyone read anything about it coming out at all?

Awesome, the thing I hated most about switching to Win7 was not being able to play Noctis, now I can, probably with a better framerate than before. :D

EDIT: Deon, the link to WolfOnline doesn't work for me.

Also, found another game called Wolfquest, has MP for up to five players. http://www.wolfquest.org/
