Uhm. I don't think the petition is related to bill C-32. The petition is about usage-based billing and is related to a CRTC decision, not federal legislation. I'm opposed to the new copyright bill, but Internet Metering makes me super angry which is why I signed this petition a few days ago.

I'm the decendant of an Austrian couple who escaped here from WWII. So as Austrian decent there is absolutly no crime in my heritage.

Some 18 year old kid started it by shooting some guy. WWI has a complex mix of reasons for starting, in all reality, and it had something to do with germany being too ready for war, but that wasn't what I was going for.

You may be surprised what historical figures were Austrian.

No I mean the kid that shot the duke was dumb. Political assasinations are less effective then most think, especialy when your not in politics yourself and don't understand what sort of under the table deals are going on.

He killed the only heir to the family that was oppressing his country, sounds pretty reasonable to me. Plus the whole vengeance thing.

He started a war that killed a rather large amount of people.
Ok, to be honest it was not all he's fault, the political situation was a powder keg, and he had the exact match to make things go boom.
