I have 14 points (apparently i taco rolled for me i guess, so thats twelve points rolled and 2 points saved from last round)

I spend 6 points (14-6=8) to create lava flows through the giant rainforest. They act like video game lava, in that unless you touch them, they don't burn you (eg. you could stand on a rock ledge a foot over the lava and not get fried by the heat).
I spend 4 points to create the otataral waste (8-4=4), a area in which magic is almost impossible to do, and anything less then a god/super powerful avatar would find their magic completely negated, while the most powerful could manage small spells).

By which are you asking if we can share points or if we can build some places for the dwarves to live?

For my turn five i roll (1+5)+4 points saved+2 points for having less then 5=12
12 points for turn 5.
I create a avatar, the onmichromatic elder dragon Zachina (12-10=2 points), From her loins come many colorless dragonlings (command avatar, (2-2=0).
Right now they all live in the fire proof forest with the lava veins in it.
Quote
Zachina can change the color of her skin twice per minute. Unlike other dragons Zachina is bound to the whole world allowing her access to extreme quantities of magical energy and the ability to change which area of land she is using at one time, changing her skin color and strength and weakness.
The dragonlings are colorless and non sentient, they possess magic but it is extremely limited and almost useless. They are unable to fly. They are much smaller and weaker then full grown dragons. They can live for up to 300 years.
If a dragonling is alone in a area 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch they are able to draw power out of the land, and they transform over time into a full dragon.
Full dragons have a breath weapon (or other unique power) depending on the type of land that they bond to. weaknesses, strengths and a color also dependent on the land as well. Since they draw their power from the land they bond, their is a limit of one dragon per inch, and dragons kill all other dragons/dragonlings in their area so that they are able to retain all of their power. They almost always have the ability to fly, and depending on the magical energy of the land that they bond, they have magic powers that can range from low to extreme. They are significantly more intelligent then most races. They can live forever as long as they as their bond to the land they are living in lasts.
Generally dragons are neutral, but some (depending on the land they bond) are good, while some others are chaotic and evil.
(so that should mean that it is all one race right?)

Hm... it would be hard, but i would say that only a few dragons would be able to live in one terrain type, but not limited to one per whole terrain. Also, i thought i took all mentions of hexs out of the quote, ill fix it now.

EDIT: changed it to 1 dragon per 1/2 by 1/2 inch area.

For my turn 6 i roll (5+6)+0+3=14 (yay rolled a 11)
I command zachina (14-2=12) to send the dragonlings off into the world so that they can grow to their full potential and might.
I create the land of darkness, a area where it is always pitch black, and illuminating magic has very little power (12-3=9)
I create the land of light, a area just south of the land of darkness, where it is always extremely bright (to the point of it being extremely hard to see well), and darkening magic has almost no power (9-3=6).
I spend 5 points (6-5=1) to create the unisland. A area in the sea that the water refuses to enter, so on the sea floor their is a are that is visible (but very hard to get into and out of) and possible to live on.
