Rolled 2 + 2 + 1 = 5 points.

I use five points to advance the Quarrus.  Upon striking into a mountain side, they discover several special ores that are meltable and bendable.  This leads them to being proficient in Copper Smithing.

One point left over.  Here's the fixed map.

6 + 5 = 11 - 6 = 5 - 5 = 0

I create the race Gnomes.

They are small creatures who live on the mountains surronding Last Haven. They are 3 Feet tall and 2 Feet wide. They are excellent miners and wish to one day build flying machines.

I advance the  Gnomes they have come closer to their dreams because they have learned mechanics.

I advance the  Gnomes they have acheived their dream they now can build 2 seater helicopters and can fly almost anywhere.

lolwut.

The Quarrus just discovered basic metal smithing.  Isn't it a bit much to have flying machines?

The Elves already went from the Island of Bisams to Last Haven, which is literately on the other side of the world.  The Thorians are also decently skilled sailors, though that large gap might not be doable for their boats.  Odds are though, since each turn is a hundred years, they will make contact with each other.

Edit:  Zachina also ordered the dragons to fly around the world seeking new homes, so there's that too.

They are just basic ones can not cross over water and can not go to high yet because there is a risk of the plane breaking apart

Well I mean major diplomatic contact as in the other place isn't very well known to the other

and adwarf first they would have to discover mechanics and more complex smithing or something

Well yeah, but still.  I could understand them making primitive catapults- that's a bit much though.  It took us 17 centuries to develop a basic plan for flight, 19 to start drafting it up, and 20 to make it.  xD

Though the races we have here are super intelligent and whatnot.  It's, as always, up to elitetaco...  but flying creations are a bit woaaaaah.

And yeah Furtuka, I doubt that they've traded too much.  The Elves hastily ran, and had no time to make friends.  The Thorians, knowing their boat's realistic speeds and distances, stick to the western areas I'd imagine.
