Not sure why, but I feel this whole game system is terribly compelling.  I'm throwing together a little website for the history.  Mostly because I have nothing to do and I need a good hobby, so don't expect much.

Not yet.  I joined Gelenson, and I PM'd Gyrandor's OP Omegastick about doing something later.  He said he's keeping good track, but I could if I wanted to when more stuff happens.

Whatever you do know that the rp will be based off of it. No pressure.

Work in progress.  Download it and open up index.html to see stuff.  This is basically the format for how everything is going to be done.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Edit:
This one has more content.  Note that I'm making up a lot of names and lore.  If you don't agree with stuff put on here, just point it out to me and I'll change it.  For example, I had to guess the culture of Thorians, based only off a sentence of description, their choice in avatar, and the name of him!  xD

Nother Edit:
Ahahahahaha I'm having too much fun with this.  Included so far is the Thorians, Dreshes and Elves.  I made up a few details all around.  Only a little bit about the Thorians.  Dreshes are freakish hunter-gatherers that everyone has nightmares about, though they don't necessarily want to kill you.  A few individual Dreshes exist, living apart from the Hive.  Elves are still nature loving narcissists.

I have quite a few plot hooks open here for adventurers to take.  For example, the Hive collects shinies and valuables.  Could you imagine the massive wealth one could acquire by finding its stache?  And the Elves guard a spring that is rumored to grant immortality- who could pass that up!  The Thorians also are hunting freakishly large wood worms, which terrorize the desert.  Monster Hunter anyone?

Never read LOTR, just throwing that out there.  Or watched the movies.  All I know about it is, basically, most fantasy stories since then have used Tolkien interpretation instead of something original.  At any rate, what needs to change about what I wrote?  Everything still points towards them being like that, except instead of immortality, they are mortals with incredibly long life spans.

Okay, that is something.  Don't most elves in most games believe in some natural force?  That kills off like...  a lot of stuff that I wrote.  @_@

Okay cool.  The Mana Spring did give life to ents, but iunno if it would give immortality.  I guess it's the person who RPs in this world's job.  If a king commissions them to go and get some water, I can imagine some hilarious side effects...  like, it might be poison for their race.  So when you go get it for the king, come back and give it to him, he drinks and gets horribly ill.  Then the kingdom locks you away for poisoning the king.  Something like that.

I'm kind of confused about what you said about fight expending too much energy for the dreshes. I kinda see them at being human level body strength.
