My bone carver just made an artifact maul out of goblin bone named Nishanan, or "Tradednights" in the English tongue. As is normal, all the gems and wood he made it with are not present. Is this thing at all useful? The novelty of beating a goblin to death with a large hammer made of goblin bones is great, but I'm afraid it is simply too light to be effective for combat, but also too heavy for use in justice.

Give it to your hammerer. Along with a full set of bone armor.

Once I had a large serrated dog bone disk. I put it in a trap and dropped some goblins in. The goblins got bruised.

Any weapon can be built into a weapon trap, which then counts towards the room value.  Stick it in a weapon trap in your dining hall or your snooty noble's room.

trap it is, then. Just wish all the other materials didn't vanish.
