I'm certainly gonna need to hear it from a different source if I am to trust it. A Youtube channel is bad enough in itself, but one that calls itself "the Young Turks"? Yeah, I'm not even gonna bother listening to it.

Agreed. There not particularly good, but i doubt they completely made it up. Also why the fuck would anyone name their show "The Young Turks". Is it supposed to be a joke of some sort? It's exactly like naming a show "The Nazies", or "Hitler Jugend" to retain that sense of youthfulness.

It has nothing to do with a sense of youthfulness. "Young Turks" has been used fairly often as a phrase for any up and coming group that has ambitions of power.

Apparently, "The term "Young Turks" has since come to signify any groups or individuals inside an organization who seek prominence and power". They could do with a name change. So i gather no one had heard of this?

Yeah, naming yourselves after the Armenian genociders, and the people who got the Ottoman empire into the First World war, where it did Very Very badly, is not exactly a good idea.
