But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

If that thing violated her contract terms (imagine your footage for an adventure film used in offensive propaganda without your knowledge) then she might actually have the best legal grounds to demand it removed from youtube.

Dude, you do realize we've cut diplomatic ties with Syria, sanctioned them economically, and sent the rebels covert aid, right? That isn't pro-Assad at all. Obama even got on international television and told him to step down.
Yeah, I know we've done everything we could within the UN boundaries - but to the Syrian people it will seem as if the rest of the world had forsaken them. People like aid they can directly see better, you know?
I'm against interviening in Syria. Not that I don't want happiness and free puppies for all oppressed people, anywhere, but because we have been interviening for the past decade (and more subtly, years before that), and it hasn't done any- as Andrew Carniegie so famously said- Real and Permanent Good.
That's because these were interventions that weren't called for. But here there's an uprising and the people want us to help - look at approval ratings for the EU and the US in Libya. (Just saw that I said that before, but it seems that point hasn't been appreciated ;) )

We probably need at least another decade or 2 to say that Libya was a good thing for sure.

I don't understand, how does the EU and the US approval ratings in Libya indicate that the Syrian people want the US and the EU to invade Syria?

I got a lot of joy out of reading that article.

Not if they don't get caught, and there are punishments in Iran besides stoning people to death.
