EDIT 2: I also find ironic that you don't trust a site that is pretty much dedicated to promoting eating of raw food about the dangers of eating certain kinds of foods raw.

It is ironic, but not entirely unreasonable. I generally don't trust sites with an obvious agenda to be well-researched or entirely rational in the first place. Obviously I'll put more faith in them when they're going against their ostensible message, but I still don't like to take it at face value.

That's what fact checking is for, dude. It's usually way better than saying "well that seems doubtful" at everything. At least try to Google it first.

This isn't a TV debate: there's no rush.

nobody is advocating vegetarianism because it helped us develop, but if anybody did, that argument would still make sense. people were advocating meat eating because it contributed to the development of the brain, and i argued that a similar argument could be used to advocate war, to show how meaningless the first argument was.

then somebody brought hitler to the discussion and said my argument was ridiculous
No, your post was a complete non-sequitur because the argument was whether the humans are adapted to eating meat or not, and the point of talking about eating meat as a driving force in our evolution was proving that we are, in fact, adapted to eat meat.

So yeah, the only way to reply to such an irrelevant and emotionally charged comment was another non-sequitur.

I have a normal diet , I eat meat , milk products , veggies and fruits (and things made out of cereal)

Well... I say that practically is a problem , plants don't really have proteins (or have but dunno) , and meat haves allot of protein so i think wounds regenerate slower at veggies... same with the cells (excluding neurons , those dont regenerate no mater how much proteins you have)

Um... no.  Recent research shows us that neurons do regenerate, and a vegetarian diet can be just as complete as a diet with meat in it.  It usually isn't, but it can be, especially with modern farming practices and production.  You can get a complete protein from beans and rice, for example.

I do have trouble building muscle, but there's an obvious reason for that--I'm female.  I can't speak to the experiences of male vegetarians.

I can. my whole family's vegetarian, and my brother's friggin Equius.

I think it may also be interesting to note that the diet of your typical vegetarian indian, which is most of them, has a high bean and/or rice content.
