Vitamin C is still found in fresh meat, since most animals synthesize it or consume enough of it to not suffer from scurvy themselves.

These things have nothing to do with another. The study only shows that it's possible for humans to live on nothing but meat, contradicting your assertion that "people are barely able to eat meat" or what have you.


Yes, humans "can" survive without it, so long as they have access to the right foods, and know what to eat. No, there's absolutely fuck all reason to want to do so unless you're somehow allergic to it or something like that.

I never made anything like that assertion.  It was "Humans aren't hugely adapted towards eating meat".  As in, you don't necessarily need to eat meat.

While I congratulate you guys for not devolving into name calling yet, I'd still like it if everyone put their seat in the "chill" position.

While I respect people who take up the veggie/vegan lifestyle, I personally will continue to eat meat. Partly because it's that fatty meat that allowed humans to evolve into the intelligent creature we are today, and mainly because I like my taste buds.
