It's not the unconscious status you need to induce, I think it's the "stunned" status. Cavein dust used to do it. Don't know about the current version.

It's the "webbed" status.

Cave-ins have historically had the effect of causing stun on [NOSTUN] targets, which has previously allowed for FB, Titan, and HFS zoos.  The current status of cave-in stun appears to be up for debate.

This is not true - even in 40d, cave-ins were incapable of stunning [NOSTUN] targets. Most notably, this is why it was impossible to use cave-in dust to cage Spirits of Fire (while the same could be done with frog demons and tentacle demons).
