So I was playing the Legendary Lands mod, and after adding [BABYSNATCHER] to the hobgoblin entity def (It was boring without sieges) I genned a medium island world, and noticed after worldgen finished, that some hamlets were represented by * instead of the usual symbols. When I went to one in adventure mode, it was full of humans, hobgoblins, tigermen, avar, a small minority of dwarves, all together contributing to a population of 1000+. It was a bloodbath. There were limbs and clothing and corpses and weapons everywhere.

Run the params in my last post through worldgen.

No, the worldgen parameters that he gave included the pseudo-random-number-generation seeds used to generate the world in question* (they aren't included in normal world-gen parameters, but appear in the documents created when you export history and world-gen info after creating a new world), so you should be able to duplicate his world's history
