I mostly just need to assign THE LAWS. Each of the players will have a Demand, an Injunction, a Conditional, or a State tied to them (more details once game is actually starting). After that it's finishing off a few roles, checking for problems in interactions of roles and THE LAWS, working out the exact details of the Hidden Secrets State, and assembling a few free-floating rule possibilities before I start making shit up as the game runs.

For now, though, sleeptime.
