I just thought of something.

Since the leader of the Neoprimitive Torikan village is emotionally scarred to the point where he/she/it will likely not be in a position to be leader anymore, there's gonna be a lot of fighting amongst the females in the village. Y'see, Torikan tend to decide positions of authority via who's strongest. To be more specific, if a challenger for a leadership position can beat the individual currently holding that position in unarmed combat, they replace that individual. And since the village is now leaderless, there's a power vacuum. It's not going to end well.
