Well, considering he is a Cadian, and an Imperial Guardsman, parents were burned into base contents by an alien, often brought to fight aliens during most combat scenarios, maybe a little.

Then why hasn't he slaughtered V&N yet? They're technically aliens...

He has a wide range of aliens he likes or has no quarrel with. Like Eldar. And Tau. Plus, he's married to what the Inquisition would consider a Mutant or a Xeno, so that dimmed his hate for xenos for a bit.

I think we need a better way of showing thought speak, as using ' ' is easily confused with " ". So I'd like to suggest something like [using square brackets]

Well, considering that most of the cast is powered by LOL! Warpmagic! by now, it'd be a pretty moot point. Thoughtspeak is now just the equivalent of opening a private chatroom.
The idea with {}s was for folk to not jump into other people's thoughts.
