It's still damn suspicious. If the Torikans' current bodies are self-built, it stands to reason that any large social group (like, say, pretty much all males with an IQ higher than their shoe size) would've gone "Hell no!" to the idea of being relegated to their current status.

The only thing holding them together is Yumi's will, and she has no intention of actually hurting Amy, so it's more or less laser tag on their part.

Uh... So variable strength laser tag, most likely. Strong enough to keep a golem together if someone decides to be bright and try to tear said golem's arm off if it manages to land a grapple.
