My main worry here is the air freezing out in the Banks Orbitals. But, if push comes to shove, They could always be converted into giant spacecraft using Bussard Ramjets.

A Wormhole generator would be placed at both systems once the ARK has arrived at it's destination.

And then the orbital go through wormhole deployed by the ark?

Yeah, but you've got to capture a natural wormhole, stabilize both ends, drag one end with the ark, and leave the other end in the Armok System. And then, when you've got it set up the way you want, you've got to thread the wormhole's throat with exotic matter with negative mass.
