We could perhaps create a collider around it, one that is strong enough to split matter and antimatter from nothing.This will get us a rapidly draining fuel in the dragon (Antimatter eats it.) And matter that isn't fuel filling it up in it's place.

Depends on what you do to them, and what you understand by "laser". Using coherent beams of photons to focus inside the Dragons' bodies and force particles into fission can work (superpowered optical tweezers).

That it does. But I believe I said IC that lasers have LITTLE effect on them in that it being just light, it'll pass through the skin but needs a little more punch to do anything more then singe the body a little.
