The PoP is a plane of limitless postive energy. So, taking some wouldn't impact the plane.

And it's plane, not dimension. Difference.

Seriously, it's a plane. It's a fun place to visit, at least for very short periods of time. Spend too long there, and you 'asplode from all the healing.
