hope this hasn't been addressed in the flurry of recent releases, I've neglected to read any changelogs, but it's a very minor cosmetic issue

two mayors of neighboring towns have given me one quest (I had been putting it off, performing other quests for other towns, as it was against a very deadly opponent).  I think the assigning of the same quest from 2 different mayors isn't a big deal, in fact it seems quite realistic that multiple cities near a threat would independently look for a solution

the quests show up 2x as "Kill blah"

after I did so, it had 2 "Report death of blah".  I was only able to report the death to the mayor who gave me the quest most recently.  the original mayor gave me a new quest, and his "Report" entry didn't get deleted from my quest log (though the other did as expected), probably to remain indefinitely

[aesthetically it may be a good idea if 2+ towns give you the same quest, to have it show up as 1 entry for "Kill" and n entries for "Report" (each pointing to the relevant city)]

I guess the issue could be avoided entirely by just checking if a possible quest already has been assigned to the player, maybe another one should be chosen if another threat exists, otherwise the mayor could just say we don't really have any problems

unfortunately I don't have a save backup of when they were both listed, but I do have a save with the eternal "Report death of blah" if it would help somehow

Actually, yeah, if you can send me the save with the unclearable report quest that would probably help.  region#.sav + region# folder from data\save to toadyone@bay12games.com, or you can post it somewhere I can DL it.  Thanks for the help.
