The last day. You are sure of it now; Ottofar is the traitor. It can be no other. You lift your spoons for what is to be the last time; if you fail, Vanillatown will be lost. If your predictions prove correct, your will have saved it, and the brutal task of rebuilding and repopulation will come.

Darvi and Tolyk roll to Ottofar, weapons lifted high in the air, faces expressionless, eyes deadened by tragedy.

"TolyK, my old buddy! Don't kill me! Don't you remember how much fun we had, back in the day, don't you? Look to your left, please! I swear, Darvi's the scum!" Ottofar begged, eyes filling with tears (or he would have if scoops had eyes and a mouth).

The spoons fell on his soft white skin, making a sickly squelching sound as they proceeded to beat Ottofar to a pulp. After what seemed like many hours, the twitching and screaming stopped. Ottofar remained vanilla however, their dismay. Was Vanillatown lost?

Slowly but surely, Ottofar's green filing seeped out. Success! They had survived, and the town would be rebuilt.

Darvi and TolyK rode off into the sunset and lived happily ever after. What a lovely couple they make!
