I haven't been able to post a turn because photoshop dicked out on me, ontop of my own life issues.
So, I'll have the next turn up by Monday or you guys can PM me until I finally wake up and moan and bitch, then make the turn.
Also, I am indeed working on my other games. I swear.

The travelers descend into the depths below. The hatch leads down a ladder to a small alcove next to the main passageway. Across the way, you see a similar ladder and alcove.
When the adventurers reached the ground, they immediately noticed three ragged human or human-like creatures standing around what looks like a dead necromancer. One was a reanimated skeleton, possibly a Guardian, one was a TigerMan, and the last looks like a human, but there is something strange about him that you just can't place your finger on.

Suddenly, what sounds like screaming is heard farther into the cave. The screaming is high pitched. Everyone looks down the passageway, and there is what appears to be a light in the distance. It flickers like fire. When the screams die out, so does the light.

Tokul scouts ahead of the group, staying close to the side of the tunnels. He takes care to examine for any possible tracks or trails as he heads towards the sounds of the screams.

Draco:
You stealthily head down the tunnel, keeping to the wall. It get's very dark, very quick. You look back, and you can barely see the light of the wagon. The worries you a tiny bit, as does the feeling that magic is in the air.
You don't spot any traps in the gloom, but there are some very recent tracks. They appear to be ratmen tracks, and their owners appeared to be in a big hurry. You guess that there were four of them, but there are other, older tracks, so you have some slight trouble being sure. You head a ways down the tunnel, and come to a T junction. There is a smell of burnt flesh in the air.

Tokul sniffs at the air, the scent of cremated remains lingering ahead. The surroundings seem charged with activity as he examines tunnel. He thinks to himself that the charred flesh must have been from a fireball spell or similar.

As he comes to the split tunnels, he checks both tunnels for figures or movement. Satisfied with his safety, he lights the lantern and begins to examine the area more carefully.


<Light lantern, search area for burning smell, examine tracks more thoroughly with light, use lantern to search both tunnels>

Frelock:
The odd human is Z'ronzil. He keeps quiet.

Draco:
You light the lantern. There are some old bloodstains on the floor, and two half rotted corpses. There are moderately old tracks running in both directions. The corpses appear to be human, but their skeletal structure seems off. You get a feeling in your head that pulls you away from them. You reexamine the tracks. They are indeed ratmen tracks, and there were four of them. The tracks lead off the right.
