If you want to be on your own team, you get $$5000 just like everyone else.
Everyone is able to make more troops.

Pick a base.

SO CAN WE SAY WHERE WE WANT OUR UNITS OR DO YOU PLACE THEM

you can pick. put your infantry in squads of 10. all other units take up 1 field tile. each of the tiles you see in the world map is a region tile, that contains 10x10 field tiles.
so you can put "Squad 1" of 1 APC, 1 tank, 180 men and still only occupy 1/5 of the region tile. Movement and such is given in terms of field tiles, so actual movement will be movement_speed/10.

you basically can start near any one of your mini-bases (i.e. towns)

The Tankbusta's go to the installation to the South-East. With a move of 0.3 they can get there if they spawn in the South-East corner of the Base tile, Go south one field to get to the next region, and then move east one field to get to the Installation. If they can't do this then they just move a little bit.
