Is it possible to have our guys pre-embarked on the APCs? If so, I'd like to start with 7 infantry, 1 bazooka and 1 mortar in each APC
Nope, loading takes 1 turn though and you start in the same general area.

Blitzkrig Company reporting
Specialty: Long Range Bombardment, Infantry Tactics, and Building
I'll make sure to take you out first  ;D (just kidding)

As you might have guessed, I'm going for fast attack here
I gotz that. Oh and helicopters are nice 'cause they can work as APC's. Also note that paratrooping equipment can be bought for $$10 a piece.

It seems so, but I think long range bombardment will most likely be the key to this and TolyK now knows all our units and can make an army to counter attack
I actually had about half of my army planned out before this. Yes I'm gonna make this hard and fun.

I'm set up here. Trenches and all. ((That's just fluff. No trenches here at all.))

My main goal in the beginning is to survive the onslaught. have my units spread out. deter attacks.

and then go in and murder you.

HINT: I like to use unorthodox tactics in all games. Here too...

I was gonna hang back a bit, mainly to load up my transports. about halfway to his lines, the mortars disembark and lay down some fire. once we reach his lines, we crack 'em open, deploy infantry to secure his assets, consolidate, and repeat

Actually I think TolyK should have some form of base and defenses because it seems to me we are attacking him at what should be his base
I do. I'll add turrets when you encounter them. If a mechanic makes it up to them (invulnerable to turret fire) then you can build them too.

I've also got a fair bit of fast attack here, If he's spread out we should concentrate all our attack on one point, break through the line and mop up from there.

Also, what are the rules on transports being destroyed when they have passengers? Do they die as well or do they have a chance to escape the burning wreckage?

You will currently have stuff pre-set. I can add stuff later.

BTW buildings are going to be saved as NOTES.

Destroyed transports have 95% chance of killing each passenger. That area becomes vehicle-impassible.
