Lawyer, with at least 10 charisma, I like my commandos to be able to recruit easily, as such, they always have 20 charisma, and if they can't get to it, I dump them. (Hand-to-Hand, naked, police station, guns allowed for police)

I tend to look around for child workers with high INT, HRT, and CHA, HRT and CHA being the most important. That way they last longer and they still have the skills I need.

Generally Prostitute.  :o

See, prostitutes have among the highest starting persuasion and seduction, so they tend to form quite a network under them.

I pick whatever. I'll mold them into the ideal liberal CEO glorious leader anyhow. I've found authors and journalists make a good go to if you don't want to go the prostitute route.

If you get an epic mutant, then that's definitely the way to go. I had one that started with 20 HRT and most other stats in the tens.

I usually have a 2 prostitutes and 2 combat gods (usually dancers or athletes).  The combat gods get the 1000 juice fairly fast, so they are backup 'holders' with alot of free recruit slots, the pros are for recruiting if the founder goes down.  I used to use lawyers but with nice big fat seduction and persuade skills and some decent stats, I find the pros can be better and easier to get

I never use a second-in-command. The Elite Liberal Network of MetalSlimeHunt needs no protection. Let them connect all the crimes to my Founder. Let them raid me all they want. It won't do the Conservatives a bit of good.

Child worker. The ones with good heath and agility become cannon fodder (as opposed to the rest who sell drugs until they are killed.) Surviving cannon fodder are promoted. Important skills are from btainwashed adults. My founder is hi psychology/writer.with minimal involvement in raids

I hired a Black Belt for my second-in-command, plus a couple of programmers and filled the rest of my leader's slots with sleepers.  The Black Belt then hired a bunch of Athletes and went off to pound faces.

Currently, my second-in-command is an Army Veteran with Army Bodyarmor and M4 assault rifle.  Booyah!
