How? :( It's irritating with 200+ dwarves. My sexually active dwarves pop babies out by the dozens a year. I can't kill them deal with them fast enough!

In data/init/announcements.txt, change [BIRTH_CITIZEN:A_D:D_D:P:R] to [BIRTH_CITIZEN:A_D:D_D]
