Well, its OLD is the problem. Old and kind of time-consuming. It was big for a while, but it's been awhile since it was big.

I played PoxNora for a bit, but stopped when I got a good grasp of the game, and found that most other players sorta suck.

Well crap, Pox Nora got sold to SOE in that time, and then recently got bought back by the company after Soe ran it into the ground.
But it's stagnating hard, apparently.
