That's not too bad.

I once had a pretty decent adventurer get shot in the eye with an arrow, made him half blind  :-\

Didn't stop him killing a few hydras, dragons and other assorted megabeasties though :o

Had a tiny scar on his eye until he died horribly at the hands of something insignificant, most likely. (mainly because I can't remember how he got killed)

My advice, dont take it out until the fight is over, or itll start bleeding. Bleeding is more likely to kill you than the actual injury. The longer you give it before it starts, the better off youll be later.
