A little bit of in-game testing of woodcutting.

1. Player "attacks" the tree, with an axe equipped.
2. "Lumberjack" animation plays over the tree, followed shortly by an axe-chopping sound.
3. Tree takes damage.
4. Player eventually cuts down tree, into a stump, and receives lumber.
5. An hour (Four game hours)  must pass before a tree "regrows".

Cave tiles and Tatoime sprites! (Major thanks to Fuu Amazing for the outline sprite)

I intend for the Tatoime to be far smaller, but I'll fix them up at a later time - such as when it comes to paperdolling!

I think you may find this useful.

This I have read a few times. Trust me, what I have is an improvement! It's not that bad anyway.

Is it? D:

Edit;

Playing with paperdolling!

Woot! I finally finished the Name Creator for Character Creation! Fully works.

Unskinned graphics on the first, and default graphics on the second - neither will be the final product! However, you can see how the creator basically works, here.

Once you've filled in both names, you hit "Done", and voila. Nice'n'easy.

I can see some repetitiousness, but it's not that glaring. Either way, I can fix it up in the future with ease.

If I had one suggestion for your tiles, it would be to make the cave edges have more depth. Right now you get those narrow vertical lines for edgewise walls. With a little depth they would look a bit better.

I think I'll fix the above graphic errors at some point in the near future, but thanks for pointing them out :D

Meanwhile, I've started on the beach tileset.

(Please ignore the cliff, bottom right. Need to fix it up at some point. Not only is the grass on it horribly repetative, I also can't put trees up there, due to fringing.)

Not as of the moment. However, I am currently in "negotiations" with an old friend of mine who is a talented programmer who will be able to boost the project. :)
