I'd like to take the helm of PlanetSpace and show you whelps from California that the Midwest still has some kick in it, dammit!

We are going to start development of two new system:

Lunar Refiner A, codename Erie module: Uses electrolysis to seperate SiO2 into Silicon and Oxygen, captures the gaseous oxygen and allows it to radiate heat until it cools to liquid temperatures

Lunar Harvest A, codename Rex rover: A manned lunar rover that gathers SiO2 from moon dust and discards most of the rest of the moon dust.

If those prove not to be ambitious enough, we will begin:

Lunar Refiner B, codename Huron module: Uses grinding and a high temperature kiln buried beneath the lunar surface to produce an aluminum oxide from anorthite and liquid oxygen.  Then uses an electrolysis process to seperate the aluminum oxide into aluminum powder and gaseous oxygen.  Interfaces with the Erie module.

Of course, this all assumes that someone wants to make a booster.

I'm sure they will, it would be a lucrative business.

Notes
PlanetSpace SiO2 refining program
LRA: Erie
Payload: 2
LRA: Rover
Payload: 2
Refines a small amount of SiO2
Estimated cost: Medium
Additional info: Needs to be in action on Lunar surface to improve Safety Factor above 50%

Not Feb yet, ill move to feb tonight 9pm GMT+0 approx. To give everyone time to look about, do some things etc.

Both, in that case start designing it but wait until we have enough funds for it to have 96% safety and Lift shuttles.
