Well, i wanted to get in as Earth-Mars communication company but not sure how it should look like...

Pick a company and develop a satellite system maybe, or move onto Lunar fibre optic cabeling or a fixed land based relay! It probably depends alot on what other people develop, as youd need rockets to take them there and someone would have to purchase your technology and land it on the moon or in orbit.

If you wanted to go a pure private route, I'd suggest developing an unmanned rocket which could carry a long range communication satellite to lunar orbit and deploy it. It would have a limited life though, as you wouldnt be able to fly over and fix it when it eventually has a malfunction!
