A water sprays all over the tunnel, Dousing Taric's Fire and weakening Shadow's Burns, Everybody looks at the source of the Water. A Female wearing a Black Trench coat and a German-looking hat can be seen holding a Fire extinguisher that's painted blue

She seems to be a Nazi German, but there are no Nazi badges or marks on her Trench coat, so it is safe to assume that she can be recruited

A Team got into some catch-on-fire domino effect over at the IRAC base, so i'd recommend that you head over there with a fire extinguisher to stop the Chain and, if possible, ease your boredom of sitting at the Bar shooting invading Commies by joining them, oh, and remember to remove that Nazi badge so that you don't get shot on sight

Mark extinguisher as "FLAMER" and use ELEBVAS on the rest. Then get behind the steering wheel of the halftrack, yell to the woman "Hey, you comin or what?" and just start driving. It's taken us 10 turns to even drive away so far.
