Dumb Moat.

I'm trying to chanell out a little moat, but my drunk little miners get stuck inside. How do I make em stop?

You'll have to dig a small gangway out at the bottom of the moat, if you mean that the edges become too steep for the miners to leave that way. Afterward you can wall it off
