All other civs hostile -- need help

I made some changes to the entity default text to make elves and dwarves make cities. Unfortunately, in all of the worlds that I created, all of the civs (except from the one where my character came from) are all hostile. Even neighboring towns/hamlets which are of the same civ are hostile as well.

Care to advise comrades?

I tried, but it's not fun if I can't get quests from people. I'm tired of choking wolves to death.

It boggles my mind that I live in a world where sentences like that are possible.

Anyway, what specific changes did you make? The odd bit to me here is the same civ hostilities. I'm assuming from the OP that you have genned multiple worlds to test.

The lines below have been added/modified to all civs:

[DEFAULT_SITE_TYPE:CITY]
[LIKES_SITE:CITY]
[BUILDS_OUTDOOR_FORTIFICATIONS]
[BANDITRY:50]
[LOCAL_BANDITRY]

Elves and lesser people have been "improved":

[METAL_PREF] <- added
[STONE_PREF] <- added
[WOOD_WEAPONS] <- removed
[WOOD_ARMOR] <- removed

Those are my general changes. I'm changing my raws again, I want to add blowdarts to all civs :D

[LOCAL_BANDITRY] means that they will always attack you on sight.  That is, when you show up at their town, they are all treated as bandits and therefore hostile.

So I made every civ bandits! I'm going to try this once I got home. Also, blowguns are fun  :D
