What the heck is a floating rib?

The floating rib is a dwarven anatomical feature. It's an external rib that floats around the dwarf, protecting him should he run into an obstacle.

I'll never understand why people don't just look things up. Same with "eye teeth"; come on, Google isn't that hard, is it?

Oh yeah, eye tooth baffled me enough (English is not my native language) to hop to Wikipedia immediately. Floating and false ribs seemed awkwardly named but obvious enough.

During a conversation, face to face or perhaps even using an instant messenger, asking your partner for clarification might be a valid alternative to searching for info on your own. Asking someone to do your Googling for you on a goddamn forum is a different thing entirely. Especially if you're going to make a new thread for it.

This forum would be a better place if it had an ignore feature.
