Seriously though, you don't give away any roles except by indication that there's a lot of everything, you randomly decide whether to send the role out or not, I haven't ever seen you in a game... Hell, you don't even bother to update the first post with names of signed up players. Well, the lack of any experienced players signing up must be an indication that you're doing something wrong.
I'm not saying you should pack up and close the game - just tidy the thread up, post roles and make your title more inviting. It will help you a lot, believe me.
